Returns & Exchange Policy
www.jaketto.com offers its buyers an understandable and worriless Returns & Exchange procedure. Following our vision, we propose a 30 days returns and exchange course of action to our buyers.
We allow you to send back your buying to us within the period of 30 days in case of any query and the received item will either be exchanged or returned. Catering our customers is our first priority.
Previous trials have shown that returns & exchange take place commonly due to the selection of wrong size by the online buyers and this happens because of wrong match of their own size with that of sizes available online on our store. Sizes have to be selected with a good sense of matching the body size with that of size available on store because every country has its own size graph due to distinguish body sizes. Hence, we approach the globe in a wider range so we do not specify exact sizes.
Due to the unavailability of any specific regional size chart, we recommend our buyers to make a proof check of their selected size before making order so that it will help both sides not to follow 30 days returns and exchange procedure. If you are unable to make exact decision about the selection of size then you shall feel free to email us at email@example.com or you can opt for a (Made to Measure) jacket by sending your measurements to us and can have a jacket made according to your measurements.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Please follow the procedure below to observe the return & exchange policy;
- Please send us email at firstname.lastname@example.org for the return of a faulty garment or want to make a request for the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
(Remember that garments are not accepted for the purpose of returns without the receipts of RMA).
- An email will be received by you instructing you to follow the return procedure.
- After the receipt of the returned merchandise, an inspection will be made and then the returned merchandise either will be refunded or exchanged as per the policy.
- Customer has to make a notice that the items are unused, packing has to be the original in which the item was purchased and tags & labels has to be attached with.
- An insured postal or courier services have to be used to avoid losses due to damage or alike during transit which cannot be claimed as a return or exchanged item.
- The shipping charges for return will be borne by the customers unless it is not described anyway.
- The shipping charges for return due to sizes will vary as per the respective geographical changes and these charges are usually the shipping cost being the first transaction.
- If shipping is FREE, the customer has to borne the shipping charges for the second and every time the return is made due to change of size.
- The customer has to pay the shipping charges that may vary from $18 to $58 according to size/weight of the product.
Same mode of payment will be considered which is used for the purchase of an item;
Following options will be preferred for the refund process;
- Money Back (Same method used to pay, whether PayPal or Debit/Credit Card payment)
- Discount on the next purchase (up to 50%)
- Gift certificate (May be applicable for next purchase)
- If any return or exchange is made due to any fault from the customer, Jaketto would charge for return or exchange demanded.
- Apart from normal FREE delivery to USA & Canada, Jaketto charges shipment fee on demand return or exchange.
- Made to Measure, Discount & Items on SALE are Non-Refundable or Non- Returnable.
- If any alteration is required to be made on Made to Measure item then it can be done for FREE. It is not applied on items available on discount or sale.
- Shipping cost shall not be refunded in course of promotional period unless a faulty item is sent back.
- Shipping cost shall also not be refunded on making a refund request which will be same as from $18 to $54.
